Working together isn’t a commitment to a long program or doing everything at once.
Support is shaped around your needs, capacity, and goals.
This is for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next, especially when food, digestion, and neurodivergence are part of the picture.
→ Making eating feel more doable day to day
→ Understanding what’s driving your gut symptoms
→ Reducing food-related overwhelm and reactivity
→ Deciding whether testing is useful (and interpreting results)
→ Nervous-system-aware strategies that fit real life
1. You fill out a short intake form
2. I review your responses
3. I follow up with recommendations for next steps
If we work together, we decide on scope and format together.
No dates. No pressure.
Lasting change, especially around digestion, nervous-system patterns, and feeding, doesn’t happen in one hour.
I’ve found that working together over 3–6 months creates space for real understanding, adaptation, and progress, not quick fixes or surface-level advice.
That said, I know longer programs aren't where everyone is ready to start, which is why I offer the Gut Rebel Starter. It's one focused month of personalized 1:1 work, designed as a real entry point into the process. It won't replace a longer program, but it gives you something concrete to work with and a clear sense of whether continuing together makes sense for you.
It means:
→ Consistent checking-ins on what’s working and what isn’t
→ Adjusting plans with you (not at you)
→ Providing guidance that respects your life, capacity, and nervous system
I don’t hand out rigid homework, we collaborate, assess, and adapt.
Ongoing work includes access to a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal where you can message me with questions, updates, or clarifications between sessions. This means you don’t need to book an extra appointment for quick check-ins.
Messages are reviewed during business hours and responded to thoughtfully. If something needs more depth, we’ll bring it into a scheduled session so it gets the time and attention it deserves.
Supplements and functional testing are not included in the cost of 1:1 support. If either is appropriate, I’ll explain why, outline options, and review costs with you before anything is ordered.
When available, clients receive access to practitioner pricing on both supplements and functional tests, which helps reduce out-of-pocket costs. I don’t earn commission on these recommendations, my role is to help you decide what’s useful, not to sell products.
When I do recommend supplements or testing, I’ll explain what they’re for, why they’re being suggested, and how they fit into the bigger picture. I don’t recommend anything unless I believe it would be genuinely useful.
If planning, cooking, or even thinking about food drains you, this tool helps you understand why and what to do next. Gain clarity on why eating is hard and the supports that make it doable.

A real starting point for your gut health without the longer commitment. A working session, a protocol built around your actual life, and four weeks of direct support. For when you're ready to do something but not ready to go all in yet.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you want help that’s personalized, nervous-system aware, and realistic, I offer 1:1 support.
The first step is a simple form, no pressure, no commitment.
When feeding yourself feels hard. This isn’t about willpower. It’s about capacity. ↓

Practical support for ADHD brains and sensitive guts.
