Twenty years of teaching yoga gave me deep insights into wellness, and a decade as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner expanded that knowledge further. Now, I'm part of the generation navigating hormonal health between building LEGOs and trying to remember if we ate breakfast.
I combine functional testing with practical guidance that actually fits into your chaotic days. No more endless elimination diets or supplement protocols that gather dust.
Just practical guidance for rebellious humans who want to feel better without the BS.
I spent decades chasing the "perfect" protocol, while battling IBS, anxiety, and a nervous system on overdrive. From being a teenage dancer pushing my breaking body to perform to a burnt-out yoga teacher with so called pristine eating habits but a rebellious gut - I've lived through every wellness trend and restrictive diet.
Along the way, I witnessed how powerful understanding your body can be when my husband went from debilitating Ankylosing Spondylitis flare-ups to thriving through strategic nutrition, herbal support, and stress management, all without conventional medications.
My journey to motherhood in my late 30s, after multiple losses, revealed how profoundly our gut, hormone and mental health affect each other - affecting everything from fertility to overall wellbeing
Between fighting fatigue and juggling the mental load of motherhood, I learned the hard way that those rigid wellness rules? They're not built for real life. Try maintaining a "perfect" routine with a tiny human who thinks snacks are life! My latest realization: managing stress while parenting showed me that health isn't about perfection - it's about resilience. When you're running on minimal sleep, constantly "in the weeds", and your gut is staging a revolt, you need solutions that actually work in the chaos of the season you're in.
My approach?
Nourish more, restrict less. Trust your gut (while we help it heal). And remember that your worth isn't measured by how 'clean' you eat or how many green juices you drink.
With training from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, years of herbal studies, and the ability to order functional lab testing, I help humans like you decode their digestive issues and find their way back to feeling good without the BS. Using practical strategies that work when you're stressed, tired, and don't have time for a two-hour morning routine.
Because real healing happens in real life, not just on wellness retreats.

Three Things You Might Want to Know About Me:
01
What's always in my kitchen?
A ridiculous amount of herbal remedies - my go-to digestion & immune system support. My toddler's latest artwork on the fridge. And probably some forgotten fermenting experiment.
02
Biggest myth I love debunking
Hot take on the lectin hysteria: unless you're out here eating raw flour and uncooked beans (WHY would you?), maybe we can stop demonizing foods that have literally fed humanity for thousands of years.
This is exactly why I'm a wellness rebel - because demonizing traditional, cultural foods that have nourished people for millennia is peak wellness culture nonsense.
steps off soapbox

What is my least favourite superfood:
Let's talk 'superfoods' - aka traditional foods that got colonized by wellness culture. From cocoa to quinoa (both stolen from indigenous cultures), the wellness industry loves turning cultural staples into expensive status symbols. And here's my rebellious confession: those precious goji berries everyone raves about? They make me puke. Literally.
