As a functional nutritionist exploring the Neurodivergent Gut, I'm curious about the overlap of ADHD, IBS, digestive issues, anxiety, and real life, and how to navigate it without overwhelm.

I specialize in the gap between knowing what to eat and actually being able to feed yourself, what I call Food Demand Burnout. If you've tried every elimination diet, read every study, and still find yourself spiralling over what to have for lunch, you're in the right place.

My approach: nervous system resilience over food optimization. Anti-restriction. Anti-perfectionism. Definitely anti-diet culture.

After two decades of teaching yoga and a decade as a nutritional practitioner, I've learned that how you talk to yourself about food matters more than what you're eating. I help anxiety spirallers and restriction rebels stop pushing through and start working with their actual capacity, not some wellness influencer's morning routine.

No more endless protocols. No "you're not broken" platitudes. Just practical infrastructure for feeding yourself when you're stressed, tired, and don't have the bandwidth for another food rule.

My Approach

I help people break free from the gut-anxiety spiral that conventional approaches can't touch. Not through more restriction, more rules, or more wellness trends but through nervous system adaptability and practical strategies that work when you're stressed, tired, and don't have time for a two-hour morning routine.

With training from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, years of herbal studies, decades as a nervous system based yoga teacher, and the ability to order functional lab testing, I combine the science with the real-world chaos.

Because real healing happens in real life, not just on wellness retreats.
