You'll complete my intake forms, a full MSQ symptom questionnaire, and a feeding and food intake form. That last one is specifically designed with ADHD and neurodivergent eating patterns in mind, because "just track your meals" isn't useful advice when your brain works the way it does.
By the time we sit down together, I already have a clear picture of what's going on.
YOUR SESSION
This isn't a nice-to-meet-you call. We use your intake data to map what's driving your symptoms, where to start, and what actually makes sense for your life and capacity right now. We leave with a plan, not a list of vague suggestions.
YOUR PLAN
Not a generic protocol pulled from a template. A specific, sequenced plan targeting the highest-leverage changes for your body right now, chosen because they'll create the most meaningful shift with the least resistance. If a protocol requires a version of you that only exists when everything is going perfectly, it's not a good protocol.

Tests are ordered directly through the lab. You pay exactly what I pay. No markup, ever.
If you've had bloodwork or other testing done recently through another practitioner, upload it to your client portal before your session. I'll review it so we're not starting from zero.

Honestly, I can't promise a specific outcome because health isn't one-size-fits-all, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What I can tell you is that this is built around your specific situation, not a generic template. The intake process, functional testing, and the protocol are all designed to figure out what's actually driving your symptoms before we do anything. That's a different starting point than most people have had (myself included).

I've spent nearly two decades teaching yoga and years working clinically with people who've been dismissed by conventional medicine, handed generic protocols, and told their symptoms are just stress.
