The intake process, the recommendations, and the support are all designed around variable capacity, not the assumption that you'll execute a perfect plan every single day.

You've been managing gut symptoms long enough that you've tried things (maybe a lot of things) and you're still dealing with flares, crashing energy, garbage sleep, and a body that feels like it's running on fumes.
You want support that looks at you specifically, not a generic protocol you found in a Facebook group or a wellness account you follow.
You're not ready to commit to a longer program yet, but you know you need to do something and you want to see what working together actually feels like before going deeper.
You'll complete my intake forms, a full MSQ symptom questionnaire, and a feeding and food intake form. That last one is specifically designed with ADHD and neurodivergent eating patterns in mind, because "just track your meals" isn't useful advice when your brain works the way it does.
Within a few days of your session you'll receive a document built specifically for you, what to prioritize in the next four weeks, why, and what to do when your capacity tanks (because that will happen, and the plan needs to account for it).
This isn't an intro call. We use your intake data to map out what's driving your symptoms, where to start, and what actually makes sense for your life and capacity right now.
Reach out when things come up, when something shifts, or when the plan needs adjusting. If something's not working, we fix it. You don't have to wait for a follow-up session to get unstuck.
If you've had bloodwork or other testing done in the last few months through another practitioner, you can upload those directly into my secure client portal, I'll review them before your session so we're not starting from zero. By the time we sit down together, I already have a clear picture of what's going on.
You'll get access to my Food Demand Burnout Wheel before your session. It maps out where you're struggling with feeding yourself, whether that's decision fatigue, sensory issues, low appetite, or just running on empty. It gives us a clearer picture going into your session and it's something you'll keep coming back to.
Flares don't always disappear in a month, but they get more predictable. You start to see patterns instead of feeling blindsided by your own gut. When inflammation settles and your nervous system has a little more room, energy and sleep usually start to move. Not dramatically at first, but noticeably. That adds up to more capacity, for the day, for stress, for the stuff that actually matters to you.
This is foundation work. Not a cure, not a complete overhaul.
A solid, clear, personalized starting point, which is the part most people have never actually had.
At the end of four weeks, if you want to keep going, we can talk about what that looks like. Total Rebellion (8+ week 1:1) is built to go deeper on the work we start here. No pressure to commit to anything, but most people find that once something is actually working, continuing feels a lot less daunting.
Honestly, I can't promise a specific outcome because gut health isn't one-size-fits-all, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What I can tell you is that this is built around your specific situation, not a generic template. The intake process, the testing options, and the protocol are all designed to figure out what's actually driving your symptoms before we do anything. That's a different starting point than most people have had (myself included).
Because "trying everything" usually means trying a lot of general things: elimination diets, probiotics off a shelf, advice from Instagram, maybe a doctor who ran basic bloodwork and told you everything looked fine.
What most people haven't tried is a personalized approach that looks at the full picture, symptoms, patterns, nervous system, how your brain works, and actual functional data if we need it. That's what this is. It's not a new version of what you've already done.
No. The whole point of the Starter month is to figure out where to begin and give you a plan that works with your actual capacity, not an ideal version of your life where you have unlimited time and energy.
If your brain works in a way that makes protocols hard to follow, that's built into how I work. We start with what's manageable and build from there.
My own IBS and ADHD combo led me to a game-changing discovery: the deep connection between neurodivergent brains and sensitive guts.
I'm a Certified Nutritional Practitioner specializing in gut health, with a particular focus on the connection between digestive issues, ADHD, and the nervous system.
I've spent nearly two decades teaching yoga and several years working clinically with people who've been dismissed by conventional medicine, handed generic protocols, and told their symptoms are just stress.
I work differently, with functional testing, neurodivergent-informed frameworks, and a firm belief that your body isn't broken, it just needs the right support and someone actually paying attention.
